How much calories is this? (food) - PLEASE READ!?
Breakfast(8'clock) : oatmeal(with only water added), with a fist of raspberries and a teaspoon of brown sugar.
Lunch(11'clock): sourdough bread, with healthy spread
Snack(2'clock): this is a shake made of; 1 banana, a fist of strawberries, 1 egg and a little water. (btw try this. it's good)
Dinner(5'clock): fish or chicken with some vegetables.
Evening snack(8'clock): avocado or a fruit.
and besides that I workout for 2 hours(aerobic exercise) in the morning, and do a 30-minute walk in the evening.
So how much do I burn in a week? I weigh 150 lbs, and I'm 5'1.
Oatmeal w/ raspberries, brown sugar: 220 calories
sour dough bread: about 190 calories w/ healthy spread: 100 calories
banana, raspberries, egg: 200 calories
veggies, chicken: 180 calories...fish/veggies: 230 calories
avocado: 150 calories...1 fruit serving: about 60 calories
Not good a diet, you need more variety.
