Is my fantasy b-ball team good?

I play in a 12 team standard category H2H league
G - Calderon is playing as well as everybody expected him to. The same can be said for Michael Redd, but Rajon Rondo has really turned it up and can be considered to be one of the East's best PG's now!
Grade: A-
F - Not much more I can say about LeBron lol. Unfortunately, Josh Smith is having an off year! He's much worse at the FT line than he was last year and he is also way worse with his rebounds! He is also failing to block the ball as much and score as much as he used to. West is doing great, but slightly worse than we would like him to only because he is really lacking in rebounds this year.
Grade: A-
C/UTL: Chandler is awful this year! He is shooting 6% worse than last season, he is averaging 3 less rebounds and points than last season. Luckily, Gordon is having a career year since he is getting more assists and scoring much more all thanks to his insertion into the starting lineup, finally!
Grade: C
Bench: Stuckey has been a monster ever since going into the starting lineup! Bell is horrible, you should really drop him! His shooting (esp. from the arch) is way down and he is turning over the ball a little more too. Haslem doesn't make enough big defensive plays and doesn't shoot FTs well enough to be considered a good fantasy player! Chandler is one of the better players on your bench, but...good scorer, bad shooter, simple as that. Przybilla is not a good FT shooter, but he is a great player who doesn't get enough minutes to be fantasy worthy! Andersen is another player who is good, but doesn't see enough time to be fantasy worthy! I love how good he is at shot blocking though! Dalembert is a huge disappointment and he is down in almost every stat category from last year BY A LOT!!!

Get rid of Bell and pick up Hinrich! Monta Ellis is coming back from injury soon, try to scoop him up as well. If Ellis is available drop Bell for him instead! Drop Chandler for Steve Blake because Chandler is having a terrible year and Blake is a top-75 fantasy player so far this season! Blake should be coming back from injury in 10 days!
