Sterling silver ring and water?
I have a sterling silver ring. It is relatively thin and has no stones. Not expensive, I know, but I don't want to ruin it. Is it safe to have to do things such as shower, wash my hands, do dishes, etc. with it on? Or does it have to be taken off?
I would always take jewellery off when showering and washing up..however, if you happen to forget a couple times, it is not going to ruin it. but by removing it before things like showering or applying hand cream, it helps preserve the life of your jewellery, and will make it last much longer. so i guess the rule of thumb is just to take it off!
