Can someone translate the Nepali on this bangle to English?

I had picked it up in Calcutta last summer; it's sterling silver. I asked several of my Indian friends, but they told me it isn't Hindi, but is Nepali. The only other thing I know is that it is a chant.
Could someone not only translate the meaning, but how it sounds in Nepali? I know it's asking a lot but I would greatly appreciate it as I've never taking it off.
