Is this too much food for a diet?
Breakfast: 2 slices of 40 calorie bread, with 1 tbs of peanut butter, an 1 tbs of sugar free jelly, with a small bowl of watermelon/cantaloupe chunks
Lunch: 200 calories of frozen yogurt, sugar free jello w/ fat free reddi whip
dinner: Bowl of mixed Vegetables ( 1 chopped zuchinni, 1 chopped cucumber, broccoli, bell peper, carrots, lettuce, onions, tomatoes) with two mini 50 calorie tortillas and salsa
Dessert: a scoop of fat free frozen yogurt with cool whip, cereal (50 cal puffs, baby puffs and some kashi/honeycomb) on top.
I do exercise, I train in Master ballet class to be a professional.
What you've eaten sounds good but I do feel that you need to incorporate more in to your diet, like chicken, turkey and fish, whole grain bread instead of white, fresh vegetables as well,if you don't fresh try buying a lo cal dressing and dipping them in it.Pasta is very good as far as giving you fuel and staying with you when you exercise so much and don't forget that eggs are healthy too, hard boiled. With all this said,it sounds like the perfect way to fuel your body for your goal.Hope this of help to you.
